February 2011 - Working hard, making gains

The past month has been good - making gains in all areas, neck feeling good, body feeling good.  Metrics on the scale last night were the best of my life so far.  Total weight down about 5 lbs, yet lean muscle mass is holding steady or even gaining a little bit.  So what can be done now?  Consistency is the key - gotta stay with it!
